Covid-19 Updates:

As of 23rd March 2020 the government has allowed us to stay open. However with this we have had to make some changes.

The Showroom will now only be open 10am-3pm Monday - Sunday (except Wednesdays which we will remain closed.)

Gloves will be offered on entry and staff will be wearing gloves to increase a minimal chance of risk

We will only be allowing 1 Family/Household to the showroom at anyone time to ensure we keep a safe distance at all times, You are able to book a half hour appointment slot either through our website or facebook page (our phone line is currently down but we're working on getting this fixed as soon as possible)

We are still taking in any service and repair work during this time but again, please note this will be done a lot more carefully and at an increased distance by appointment only. Bikes will NEED to come in a clean condition otherwise a surcharge will be applied.

There will only be two members of staff on site so please be patient while we get through this.

It's not only the best way to keep yourselves and families safe, it's also the best way to look after ours.

We are open 28th & 29th 10am-3pm. Any orders that can be done online for 'Click & Collect' would relieve contact for our team. Our card machine is down so in store payments are Paypal or Cash.

Gloves and a Hand Washing Station are provided before entry.

Due to the increase demand in Bicycles we will have our Showroom closed 09/04/2020 so that we can try and re-stock for the bank holiday weekend, meaning we will only be open for collections and service/repair drop off and collections.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are however open all Bank Holiday Weekend (including Friday and Monday 10am-3pm)

Due to the increase demand in Bicycles we will have our Showroom closed 16/04/2020 so that we can try and re-stock for, meaning we will only be open for collections and service/repair drop off and order collections.

Due to a lack of staff our door will be locked with a bell fitted for entry. We will only be allowing 1 Household in our showroom at any time as we'll be operating on a 1-1 basis.

We understand our website has been low on available stock, this is something we will try to rectify for those of you who wish to 'Click and Collect'

Our service & repair work will take a little longer than usual as a result of demand and staff shortage.

I can only apologise for this and any inconvenience but sadly it's essential to keep everyone safe.

Stay safe and Stay well.

Due to a strain in our supply chain, we are currently out of our Quality Used Bikes. Meaning that until further notice our showroom will be closed. We will still be open but ONLY for Accessories,Spares, service/repair work & Order collections.

This way we can help prevent people travelling unnecessarily.

28/5/20: Our demand is not showing any signs of slowing down any time soon. Meaning we're having to adapt how we work to keep on top of our workload or both our second hand bikes and our service/repair work. As a result of this we'll be closed today and tomorrow so we can get our new procedures in place for the weekend.

We do apologise for lack of message response and the difficulties people are experiencing via our phone line, We're doing our best to help as many people as we can during these unusual times.

We thank you for working with us whilst we try to keep as many of you on your bikes as we can as well as looking after everyone's well being!

2/6/20!!: Once again we've been emptied out over the weekend, so we're only open for service and order collections until we re-open the showroom again Saturday morning 6/6/20. We're currently UNABLE to accept any more services until next week due to the recent demand.

PLEASE NOTE that all of our Quality Used Bikes are on a waiting list of one week approximately as we are having to take all bikes on a reservation basis during this time. This means that we DO NOT have any bikes available to take away the same day.

We appreciate your co-operation throughout all this and we hope you're all staying safe.

It's a big thank you from all of us at Cas Cycles.

Let's stay safe.

4/11/20: So, We're all aware that from tomorrow England will be in another lockdown. However just like last time we've made the list of essential shops, meaning that we will still be open for business, both in sales and Servicing/Repairs. Customer numbers and Distancing will be within Government Guidelines to help protect our customers and ourselves.

Hopefully things won't be as chaotic as the summer but once again we'll try keep you all updated as often as we can and we'll do our best to make sure we've got some Quality Used Bikes ready for the Holidays.

Opening hours have not yet changed, although this is something we will be monitoring on a regular basis and somedays we may have unexpected closures if we need to arrange deliveries or our workshop needs a day to breath and keep things going as smoothly as we can.

We're having a bit of a change to our opening hours from Monday 23/11/20.

Winter is never the easiest time for the Cycling Industry and sadly this year is going to be a little harder given the current circumstance with Covid-19.

As a result we're dropping down our hours and closing for a few extra days between Monday 23/11/20 & Wednesday 2/12/20 Meaning that next week we'll only be open 27th,28th & 29th under the usual hours.

Of course we try to remain optimistic and we'll be waiting for the next Government announcement and re-assess our hours once we know the next stage.

Stay Home, Stay Safe.

All the Cas Cycles team.
